Insertion MUST be completed rapidly to prevent the soft lenses from STICKING to the wand. Dipping the wand in lubrication prior to insertion will help. Focus on the CENTER HOLE to align properly. To Remove draw the wand to eye and PINCH very high on base. Practicing the pinch of a lens from your finger helps prior to actual use.
